apparently the last time for a good long while.... full lunar eclipse. on a night that is about -5 fahrenheit but crystal clear. one digital camera+one tripod=less shaky cold hands for a small photo shoot. priceless. (the waxing sequence can be found on my Flickr page)...
so here's to you, Mother Earth. in all of your beauty and wonder. i'll be on the lookout for your next full show of pm eclipse-ness in 3 years...amazing that my workplace at that point will likely be much grander and completely done....something to look forward to~ jd
Great photos! See, nature still trumps technology -- not that those photos aren't wonderful, but "in the flesh" that was a stunning eclipse. I'm impressed that you braved the cold to get out there and take such nice shots.
Nice blog with catchy drawings and photos. I watched the eclipse from my dining room window - a beautiful display! Your phots capture it wonderfully. Thanks!

Very nice pictures, especially the ones of Europe. I love Europe, I'm so jealous of your travels. If only kids weren't so darn expensive!
